Beursplein Square Live Cam

The Beursplein is a square in the center of Amsterdam, between the Damrak and the Beursstraat. The stock exchange (Beursplein 5), the Beurs van Berlage and the Bijenkorf are located on the square. The Beursplein is regularly used for events like the annual Klein Montmartre art market, political demonstrations focused on the financial world, and musical performances. The entrance to the Bijenkorf parking garage locates on the square. In 2018, underground parking for 1,700 bicycles was built to replace the aboveground bicycle parking. The cost of the project is approximately ten million euros. After construction, the square was redecorated with new trees and paving based on the old design of 1903. In addition, the fountains and the monumental lamp posts were restored to their original state.
